Do you have what it takes?
Put together a team for one or more of the following categories.

Taco Teams:
We need 5 taco teams from each House. This will make 15 teams total. Each team will cook enough tacos for 20-30 people. Each team must also supply one or two sides to compliment their tacos. Limit 3 people per team. 
 
Dessert Teams:
We need 4 dessert teams from each House. This will make 12 teams total. Each team should bring enough dessert for 20-30 people. Limit 3 people per team. 
 
Décor:
Our 2019 Fais Do-Do is taco themed, and so your team's table and personal décor should match accordingly. We are also encouraging attendees to wear the color of their House! How creative can you get?

Prizes:
The first-place winner from the Taco Teams will win the coveted boot + a cash prize + 200 points for your House. 
The second-place winner from the Taco Teams will win a special prize + 125 points for your House.
The third-place winner from the Taco Teams will win a special prize + 75 points for your House.  


The first-place winner from the Dessert Teams will win the a cash prize + 200 points for your House. 
The second-place winner from the Dessert Teams will win a special prize + 125 points for your House.
The third-place winner from the Dessert Teams will win a special prize + 75 points for your House.  

The House with the largest number of people in attendance in their color will win 150 points for their House. 

The House with the most tickets sold will win 150 points for their House.


Note: Taco Teams bring their own sides, condiments, and serving utensils. Teams bring whatever extension cords they may need. There will be a covered for cooking and serving. A crockpot or small burners are also a good idea. Be ready to make a serving for judges. Each team will have a table under the main tent to serve. Each team must have an 8.5x11 sign displaying the ingredients of their dishes (especially shellfish, dairy, nuts, etc).

    Rules and Regulations: Each team is to cook for 20-30 people., though teams may cook for more if they'd like. While food can be cooked there, under the tent, we encourage food to be prepared before-hand and brought in. Taco Teams bring their own sides, condiments, and serving utensils. Teams bring whatever extension cords they may need. There will be a covered for cooking and serving. A crockpot or small burners are also a good idea. Be ready to make a serving for judges. Each team will have a table under the main tent to serve. Each team must have an 8.5x11 sign displaying the ingredients of their dishes (especially shellfish, dairy, nuts, etc).  Sequitur and any institutional partners are not responsible for food poisoning or any other harm caused by a team's culinary inexperience. Cook at your own risk. Eat to your own delight.
